The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Assistant Secretary of Preparedness and Response (ASPR) developed the Technical Resources, Assistance Center, and Information Exchange (TRACIE) to meet the information and technical assistance needs of regional ASPR staff, healthcare coalitions, healthcare entities, healthcare providers, emergency managers, public health practitioners, and others working in disaster medicine, healthcare system preparedness, and public health emergency preparedness.
Additional resources are available on the ASPR TRACIE website to assist healthcare providers and suppliers comply with the new Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) emergency preparedness rules which go into effect on November 15, 2017.
We encourage all healthcare and veterinary facilities and organizations to register for an account and routinely access the resources available to them, free of charge, from the ASPR TRACIE website at https://asprtracie.hhs.gov/ or download the ASPR TRACIE Fact Sheet shown below.
