2017 Long Term Care Facilities Evacuation & Surge Tabletop Exercise - Documentation

Thank you to those long term care facilities that participated in the Long Term Care Facility Evacuation and Surge tabletop exercise!

Participating healthcare organizations are encouraged to download the Situation Manual, Participant Manual and the Regional After Action Report & Improvement Plan (AAR/IP). (These documents are shown as attachments at the bottom of this screen.)

The purpose of the regional AAR/IP is to determine where the EVHC can better assist healthcare organizations in our region to improve their emergency preparedness. This regional AAR/IP should compliment your facility's individual AAR/IP from the exercise. This documention is your proof of participation in this exercise. The documents should be saved electronically and/or printed.

Please review these documents and report any documentation errors to Judy Shuck at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
